We strive to provide our members with opportunities to grow in discipleship by study and formation. We also believe that it is essential to our charge as Christ's disciples to reach out and give to others so that they might respond to God's grace, and become a part of the body of Christ. We strive to provide fellowship and growth opportunities for individuals at all levels of their faith journey. Many of our programs are directed at different age groups: adult, children, and youth.
We also have opportunities to go out in service to others.
We are always eager to expand our programs and welcome your participation.
Wesley Way Preschool
Wesley Way Preschool offers a loving and caring Christian learning environment for children 6 months through 4 years old. We offer small classes and one, two, three, four, and five day programs.
We are called to:
meet children at their level of development
teach them the love of Christ and the joy of His forgiveness and salvation
help them learn the truth of His Word
encourage their growth within the body of Believers
Small Group Ministry
We believe that developing, nourishing, and strengthening our personal relationship with Jesus Christ is vital. It is our mission that through small group studies, everyone will find a place to grow in their relationship with Christ. Through these studies, we also hope to grow as a body of believers, united in our mission and strengthened in our faith.
United Methodist Youth Ministry
Wesley Way United Methodist youth ministry exists so that we may become reflections of Christ through serving others, creating disciples, and spreading God's word of love and grace.
The music ministry at Wesley Way offers a variety of opportunities for participation.
Anyone interested in joining any of the performing ensembles should contact Ross Iddings.
Wesley Way supports and serves various community service projects and agencies throughout Henry County including A Friend’s House, Haven House, Helping in His Name Ministries (The Food Pantry), and Samaritans Together.
In Luke 10, Jesus is asked who our neighbors are. He responds through a story which tells us to serve others - even those who may not be from our own community. The Wesley Way Global Missions Team travels to Chichicastenango, Guatemala to serve with our neighbors annually. We now have forged a deep relationship with our sisters and brothers from our sister Church, Iglesia Methodista Dios con Nostros. Together we build facilities to help provide for those in the community, work on homes in the village, provide water filtration in the local community and beyond, and provide and plant many hundreds of fruit trees. We also worship together and provide Vacation Bible School for children in the local villages.
