Small Groups

  Small Groups
At Wesley Way, we believe that developing, nourishing, and strengthening our personal relationship with Jesus Christ is vital. It is our mission that through small group studies, everyone will find a place to grow in their relationship with Christ. Through these studies, we also hope to grow as a body of believers, united in our mission and strengthened in our faith.

There are many opportunities to become connected in small groups.

You may still join a class at anytime, even if the class has already begun. Childcare will be provided if you would let Cindy Bednarz or the office know.

    COVENANT BIBLE STUDY
  • Covenant is an in-depth group Bible Study that centers around our relationships with God, with each other, and with the world.  The 24-week study is broken into 3-8 week sessions and covers the whole Bible by moving between the Old and New Testaments—discussing books from each in a way that shows the interconnectedness of scripture as a whole.  The Covenant I study will be offered again beginning September 30, 6:30 pm.  Covenant III began Tuesday, August 18th at 7 pm.   All classes will be held in Room 222 upstairs at the opposite end of the hall from the elevator.  This is a wonderful study that will deepen your walk with Christ.
    FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY
  • In this small group, say goodbye to debt and learn to tell your money what to do, instead of just wondering where it all went. The new program has the same great content that will change your life but acccomplishes it in only nine weeks.  We offer this class on a recurring basis, so contact the church (office@wesleyway.org) if you are interested in the class.

Previous Classes: The Power of a Woman's Words
  • by Sharon Jaynes
International speaker Sharon Jaynes believes that women have incredible power in their sphere of influence with the words they speak.  This book is for every woman who desires to use her words to build up rather than tear down, to encourage rather than discourage, to cheer rather than jeer. It is for all who desire to have more control over that mighty force called the tongue.  When making your goals for the year, have you included wanting to grow in your spiritual walk?  Joining a small group is a wonderful way to help you with this goal.
